We try to accommodate any reasonable delivery requirement. If our normal delivery areas don’t meet your needs, ask us!
For bulk fuels, we deliver from south Snohomish County to south King County. Note that home heating oil deliveries are limited to the Eastside communities of Bellevue, Bothell, Kirkland, Redmond, and Woodinville.
For lubricants and chemicals our normal range includes King, Pierce, Snohomish and parts of Skagit County. We also deliver to Kitsap and Thurston Counties, and farther, depending on the quantity and urgency of the order.
4) What is your delivery promise?
For products in our comprehensive regular inventory, we will deliver on the next business day from receipt of your order. Our delivery minimums are 50 gallons for packaged products, 100 gallons for bulk lubricants, and 150 gallons for bulk fuels.
5) What added fees do you charge?
Unlike our competitors, we don’t load you up with add-on fees – drum deposits or reconditioning fees, hazardous materials fees, fuel surcharges, etc. The price we quote is the price you pay. The only exceptions are freight charges for deliveries outside our normal delivery areas or for orders below our minimum delivery requirements, and any required taxes.
Yes. We have red dyed off road diesel fuel available through Pacific Pride at our Kirkland location and a limited number of other sites. For large construction service trucks or tank trucks, we have a loading rack in Kirkland, and we make deliveries to bulk storage tanks. We do not fuel equipment on job sites that don’t have bulk storage.
7) Does Overlake Oil do fleet fueling?
No. Fleet fueling or wet hosing is a common name for onsite fueling of licensed road-going vehicles. While it may save some time, the practice completely bypasses the safety and environmental controls at regular fueling stations.
Gasoline fleet fueling is against the law and expressly forbidden. Overlake Oil does not do diesel fleet fueling because it is illegal without a permit issued by the local fire marshal. Additionally the practice is environmentally irresponsible and is banned by some local cities. Most local fire marshals will not issue fleet fueling permits because of safety and environmental concerns.
8) Who can apply for a Pacific Pride card?
Pacific Pride is not a retail fueling solution. As the Cardlock Commercial Fueling Network, Pacific Pride is intended for business customers who purchase a minimum of 200 gallons per month of fuel to operate their commercial vehicles.
9) How do I set up an account?
Go to our Apply page. Print out, complete and return the appropriate application, depending on whether or not you want Pacific Pride fueling cards, and return it to us.
