Overlake Oil Fleet Control

Overlake Oil Fleet Control™ is our powerful suite of tools designed to establish control over your fueling activity and rein in abusive practices that cost you money and reduce efficiencies. We start with the Pacific Pride network, establishing purchase controls at the fuel island, and add a variety of management reporting and online account access features that will establish driver and vehicle accountability. Then we take it to a whole new level by doing exception analysis and calling you if we spot unusual activity.

At the fuel island, we eliminate slippage and abuse by providing:

• User definable PIN security
• Guaranteed Fuel Grade Restriction (at the dispenser)
• Daily Volume Restrictions (in gallons) by driver or vehicle
• Monthly Volume Restrictions (in gallons) by driver or vehicle
• Time of Day / Day of Week Restrictions
• Guaranteed Fuel Only Purchasing!

Through our fuel management reporting we provide you with complete detail of your fueling activity:

• Card Number
• Cardholder Description
• Vehicle Description (when applicable)
• Time and Date Stamp
• Fueling Location
• Product Purchased
• Gallons Purchased
• Miles Per Gallon (if configured and used)
• Price Per Gallon
• Federal, State, and Local Tax
• Transaction Total

Most card systems can provide some or all of these features, but we take it to a higher level!

With the features and tools provided above, you have the ability to tightly manage your fueling expenditures. But we know you are busy and it may not be the highest priority to review transactions on a daily basis, so we help you.

Utilizing Card Check™, we scan through every fueling transaction, and if we see any that don't fit the guidelines, we contact you so you can determine if they are authorized, or if there is a problem. This can save thousands of dollars in the case of a lost or stolen card!
