Oil Safe ® Lids

OIL SAFE lids are heavy duty and fully sealing when mated with any genuine OIL SAFE Drum and are available in 10 colors and 5 styles:

 

Stretch Spout Lid

Stretch Spout Lid is designed for use where precise pouring of lubricants is required, including hard-to-reach areas. Ideal for lower viscosity oils less than ISO 220. Made of state of the art materials and of timeless design, the lid has an advanced sealing thread design that ensures a very secure fit on all genuine OIL SAFE® Drums from 1.5 through to 10 liter/US quart. An available Stretch Spout Hose Extension makes awkward or hard-to reach fills easy and can eliminate the need for a funnel.

Stumpy Spout Lid

With a 1" spout opening, the OIL SAFE® Stumpy Spout Lid's design is ideal for applications where a higher lubricant flow is required, such as for engine oils and gear oils. Made of state of the art materials and of timeless design, the lid has an advanced sealing thread design that ensures a very secure fit on all genuine OIL SAFE Drums from 1.5 through to 10 liter/US quart. An available Stumpy Spout Hose Extension extends your reach and can eliminate the need for a funnel.

Mini Spout Lid

The OIL SAFE® Mini Spout has an outlet diameter of approximately 7mm (9/32"), making it ideal for lubrication jobs where equipment filler holes are small such as constant level oilers and machine tools. Made of state of the art materials and of timeless design, the lid has an advanced sealing thread design that ensures a very secure fit on all genuine OIL SAFE Drums from 1.5 through to 10 liter/US quart.

Utility Lid

Multi-Purpose Utility Lid with large outlet hole ensures controlled fast pouring of lubricants. Ideal for topping off crank cases and gearboxes. Advanced thread design ensures secure fully sealing fit on any OIL SAFE® drum. Mate with the OIL SAFE Pump on a 3, 5 or 10 liter/US quart drum to take care of hard to reach and time consuming pumping applications such as gearboxes and transmissions.

Storage Lid

With this lid, OIL SAFE® Drums can be pre-filled for safe storage and transport and can be located for easy and timely access to fluids where and when needed. A convenient alternative to handling bulky 5 gallon pails. Advanced thread design ensures secure fully sealing fit on a 1.5, 2, 3, 5 or 10 liter/US quart drum.
