OILS Program

O.I.L.S. (On-site Industrial Lubrication Services) Program

The OILS program is a package of technical and logistical services and the specialized tools and technologies to implement them. We place personnel on-site initially (and as needed) to survey lubrication applications, recommend products and procedures, and provide training. Additionally, Overlake Oil is in the facility on a regular schedule (i.e. weekly), providing just-in-time delivery directly to the point of use, collecting empty containers, taking oil samples for analysis and addressing any other issues that arise.

We utilize and provide the following:

• Oil Bank® system of product dedicated, pressurized, contamination-proof cylinders for oil delivery
• Oil Safe® series of interchangeable oil cans and lids for dispensing small quantities
• LubeAnalyst® oil analysis and LOAMS® software for tracking oil condition and equipment wear

We are equipped and trained to deliver timely fluid conditioning services that remove harmful contaminants to help maintain fluid performance, increase oil change intervals, and reduce component failure. Our in-house technical expertise and the full resources of Shell Oil Products US - Industrial Lubricants are available to resolve any lubrication related issues.
