Oil Analysis Program

Among our services, we offer an outstanding oil analysis program called LubeAnalyst®. This service is performed by Analysts, Inc., the leading oil analysis company operating with 5 labs in the United States.

There are several packages offering a range of tests including wear metals, particle count, soot content, water content, oxidation and TAN. The reports include data on the condition of the equipment, contamination and physical properties of the lubricants.

Overlake Oil can also provide the service of pulling samples from specified equipment on an agreed schedule and sending them to Analysts, Inc. After thorough analysis, you and Overlake Oil will both receive the reports via e-mail. This enables us to discuss any questions or actions that need to be implemented, and encourages both involvement and communication.

We also offer software called LOAMS® (Lube Oil Analysis Management System). With LOAMS® you can download the results and view or print your report. You'll be able to see trend graphs, run reports, establish alarm limits and more.
